19th Annual Love Your Neighbour Banquet

As the season blossoms anew, so too does our anticipation for an evening that symbolizes the very essence of renewal and community spirit.

This event, taking place on May 6, 2024, at 6 PM at the Conexus Arts Centre, promises to be a poignant celebration of Hope, Healing, and Transformation.

An Unforgettable Night Awaits:

Our gathering this year is set against the backdrop of our ongoing mission – to foster transformative journeys out of addiction and hardship towards a future filled with promise.

Here’s a glimpse of what the evening holds:

  • Gourmet Delights: Savour a hot buffet dinner, carefully crafted to complement the warmth and camaraderie of the evening.
  • Stories of Triumph: The Regina Police Services will provide an eye-opening overview of the current state of addictions in Regina, setting the stage for a night of profound insights and storytelling.
  • Heartfelt Tributes: Together, we will remember those who have tragically lost their lives to addiction. Their memories inspire our work and remind us of the urgent need for compassion and action.
  • Celebrating Milestones: Experience the moving stories from our Shayil Home Women’s Addiction program, including a graduation for two brave ladies celebrating one year of sobriety. We’ll also honour the progress of other participants, marking significant sobriety milestones, and acknowledge the achievements of our Shayil Home alumni.
  • Inspiring Conclusions: Nathan McLean, our Director of Addiction Services, will deliver a captivating final address that promises to enlighten and inspire. His insights into the work of Souls Harbour and the transformative power of Shayil Home will remind us of the impact we can make together.
